You can order Wagyu tenderloin exclusively from our webshop. This tender piece of beef is lightly marbled and has little connective tissue. Our tenderloins are aged before they are cut, thus bringing out the most of the wonderful flavour of Wagyu tenderloin.
Tenderloin from Wagyu cattle is an exceptional piece of beef of the highest quality. We raise the cattle at our Wagyu Farm in a sustainable manner and follow Japanese traditions in looking after these imperial cattle. Thanks to this excellent care, the tenderloin tastes delicious and can be beautifully prepared whole.
Wagyu tenderloin is always eaten rare and can be cooked in various ways:
- In the oven
- On the grill
- In a frying pan
- In a closed barbecue
Wagyu tenderloin is healthy beef as it has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids with omega 3 and 6. These fatty acids lower cholesterol levels in your blood, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, our tenderloin contains the unsaturated fatty acid CLA. This fatty acid prevents the clogging of arteries. Furthermore, Wagyu tenderloin has of itself more flavour than other beef. This means you need far less pepper and salt during cooking.
Our exquisite tenderloin can be ordered from our webshop. You can choose from fresh whole tenderloin (approx. 2.5 kilos) or shock-frozen in 200-gram portions.
