Order an exclusive and fresh piece of sirloin from the Wagyu Farm webshop. We sell sirloin from our own Wagyu cattle. We raise these cattle following ancient Japanese traditions. This is reflected in the taste of our sirloin!

Sirloin

The cattle at our Wagyu Farm are raised in a sustainable manner. We monitor the food they are given, keep an eye on herd behaviour and know when they can go outside. As in Japan, we also massage the animals and use beer. This care ensures the high quality of our sirloin. The beef from our cattle namely has a high degree of marbling, which makes it very tender and contributes to the particularly special flavour of the sirloin. Furthermore, the high degree of marbling of Wagyu beef has the added advantage of containing many unsaturated fatty acids with omega 3 and 6. Our beef therefore not only tastes good but is also very healthy!

You can order sirloin online from our webshop. You can choose from fresh whole sirloin (approx. 2.5 kilos) and shock-frozen sirloin in 200-gram portions. Besides sirloin we also sell other exquisite cuts of beef such as:

• Blade
