Wish to order short ribs? Short ribs are hardly available in the Netherlands, but are obtainable from the Wagyu Farm webshop. The short ribs from our Wagyu cattle have a unique flavour and are beautifully tender. Perfect for on the barbecue or a South African braai!

Short ribs

Short ribs (also known as beef ribs) are hard to come by in the Netherlands where they usually only sell spare ribs, the ribs from a pig. What is hardly known is that the ribs from a cow (short ribs) are also excellently suitable for use on, for example, a barbecue. You can order short ribs from our webshop. They are sold per packet of four, are vacuum packed and frozen by means of the shock freeze method. In this process the short ribs are deep frozen within a few seconds, thus retaining flavour and quality. The beef is then just as tasty as after ageing.

If you place an order for short ribs with us, the beef is of course dispatched to you in special packaging. For this we use insulated packaging with added ice sheets. The beef then retains the correct temperature for at least 30 hours, ensuring its delivery in perfect condition.
